The 63rd Annual Parade of Homes is brought to you by the Housing & Building Association of Colorado Springs. The Parade of Homes offers consumers a first-hand look at the current trends and the newest innovations in new home design and technology. This annual event showcases the latest design trends in affordable living to luxury dream homes complete with every amenity imaginable.
Plus this year enter to win $50,000 in vehicles from Mike Shaw Buick GMC, a $2,500 shopping spree from La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries and even an Apple Watch just for visiting all the homes!

WHAT TO EXPECT
This year's Parade will feature 24 homes by 19 builders, with featured communities at Banning Lewis Ranch and Sanctuary Pointe. Many of this year's homes will be scattered throughout Colorado Springs and Monument, showcasing some of the finest neighborhoods in El Paso County, as well as two homes in Woodland Park and one in Elbert. Homes range from just 2,700 square feet to almost 7,000 square feet, at prices from $330K to more than $1.8M! The Parade runs 10 AM-6 PM Wednesdays through Sundays, August 2-20. (Homes will be closed Mondays and Tuesdays.)
