ABOUT THE PARADE
The 65th Annual Parade of Homes is brought to you by the Housing & Building Association of Colorado Springs. The Parade of Homes offers you a first-hand look at the current trends and the newest innovations in new home design and technology. This annual event showcases the latest design trends in affordable living to luxury dream homes complete with every amenity imaginable.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This year's Parade will feature 28 homes plus a design center, located in communities throughout El Paso County. Homes range from the mid $200's to over $2.5M.
The Parade runs 10 AM-6 PM Friday, August 2 – Sunday, August 18. All homes will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Galiant Homes is also closed on Sundays.
