ABOUT THE PARADE
The 64th Annual Parade of Homes is brought to you by the Housing & Building Association of Colorado Springs. The Parade of Homes offers you a first-hand look at the current trends and the newest innovations in new home design and technology. This annual event showcases the latest design trends in affordable living to luxury dream homes complete with every amenity imaginable.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This year's Parade will feature 37 homes plus a design center, located in 20 communities throughout El Paso County. Homes range from the affordable $200's to $2.8M. The Parade runs 10 AM-6 PM Friday, August 3 – Sunday, August 19. (Homes will be closed Mondays and Tuesdays.)
